BRAnWELL

Branwell met during the National Theatres/Bristol Old Vics co-production of Jane Eyre, directed by Sally Cookson.

Alongside playing the music from the show (composed by Benji Bower) Alex, Matt & Dave routinely jammed whilst on the road to keep their skills sharp and creative. What grew from the tour was a collection of ​songs and a close musical connection.

The origin of the name pays homage to how they met, Branwell Brontë, being the only brother of the Brontë sisters.
